I would highly recommend Infinite Medspa. I have seen Caitlin on several occasions and each time she has been incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She demonstrates strong integrity and I appreciate her very conservative and natural approach. The office is pristine and the staff in general are always friendly and helpful as well.

I’ve been coming to infinite for botox and microneedling and the team is always so knowledgeable and kind! Kylee walked me through my skin scan results in such detail that I felt like I really understood what my skin needs, and Derek is always such a pleasure. I had such a great experience with NP Derek. I first went to him for Botox and the results were amazing. Usually I need more units, but this time he used fewer units and the result was actually even better, which really shows his expertise.
Today I also had Sculptra done with him. I had been hesitant and scared to try it for over a year, but Derek made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. He is very confident in his work, extremely knowledgeable, and truly professional.
The procedure today was completely painless, and even though it’s only the first day, I have no swelling or side effects at all. I’m very happy with my experience and he definitely did not disappoint. I highly recommend him.
Updating my review after my second session with Derk once again, such an amazing experience. His hands are incredibly gentle, he knows exactly what he’s doing, and you can tell he’s highly skilled and confident in his work. I trust him 100% and feel completely comfortable putting my face in his hands. He’s also very friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease the whole time. Highly recommend.

I came across Derek and Infinite Medical Spa on Instagram (thank you, algorithm!), and I am so grateful I did. From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. Both Derek and the receptionist were incredibly warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth, which speaks volumes about their level of care and customer service.
During my consultation, Andrea created a plan tailored specifically to my concerns. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain facial anatomy and treatment options, and clearly outlining what would and would not benefit me. Her honesty and thoroughness were so refreshing and reassuring. Andrea you are the best!!
I’ve visited several medical clinics across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Toronto, and I can confidently say Derek, Andrea, and the entire team at Infinite are exceptional at what they do! Their expertise, integrity, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Derek is amazing at what he does. I’ve had Botox and lip filler done with him, and he always keeps everything looking so natural — just refreshed and balanced, never overdone. He takes the time to listen, explains the process clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I trust him fully and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Derek if you want subtle, beautiful results.
