Using the DEKA CO2 laser, we precisely vaporize benign moles and skin lesions without cutting, stitching, or significant scarring. A quick, well-tolerated procedure with minimal downtime. All lesions are clinically assessed before treatment under Medical Director oversight.

CO2 laser lesion removal uses a focused beam of laser energy to vaporize the mole or lesion layer by layer. Unlike surgical excision, there is no cutting and no stitching. The laser cauterizes the tissue as it works, minimizing bleeding and reducing healing time. The precision of the CO2 laser means surrounding healthy skin is left largely undisturbed.
A local anaesthetic is injected into the treatment area before we start. The procedure itself is quick, most single lesions take only a few minutes. More than one session may be needed to gradually reduce larger moles and avoid deep scarring.
All moles must be assessed and cleared by your primary care physician for signs of atypical dysplasia or malignancy before laser removal at Infinite. If a mole has changed in colour, shape, or size, or meets any ABCDE criteria (Asymmetry, Border, Colour, Diameter, Evolving), it must be biopsied first. We will not proceed without medical clearance.
