Founder & Medical Director

Derek was awarded his Master’s Degree in Nursing and Primary Healthcare Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Western University. He completed advanced, one-on-one training in cosmetic medicine with world-renowned surgeons, physicians, and nurses, and continues to refine his expertise through ongoing education, regularly reviewing the latest research and global case studies to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

With a strong understanding of facial proportions and years of hands-on injection experience, Derek delivers highly customized treatments designed to achieve natural, balanced results.

Caitlin Coward

Nurse Injector & Clinical Lead

Caitlin is the Clinical Lead at Infinite Medical Spa and a Cosmetic Nurse Injector with over four years in medical aesthetics and eight years in healthcare. She has treated thousands of patients and is known for her precision, safety, and natural-looking results.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University and is certified in Advanced Cosmetic Injections through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics. Known for her thoughtful, conservative approach, Caitlin delivers personalized treatments that enhance natural features with refined, balanced results.

Andrea Parsons

Cosmetic Specialist & Nurse Injector

Andrea (Ange) is a Registered Nurse (BScN) and graduate of Western University. She began her career in emergency nursing before transitioning into cosmetic medicine in 2021. With over four years of aesthetic experience, Andrea has treated thousands of patients, developing a refined eye for facial anatomy, balance, and natural enhancement.

She is committed to ongoing education and advanced training, ensuring her approach reflects the latest techniques and best practices in aesthetic medicine. Andrea takes a personalized, multi-modality approach to treatment, combining laser technologies, injectables, biostimulators, and medical-grade skincare to deliver balanced, natural-looking, and long-lasting results tailored to each individual.

Emma Arthur

Cosmetic Specialist & Nurse Injector

Emma is an Aesthetic Nurse with nearly eight years of nursing experience and a strong foundation in both hospital and cosmetic medicine. She has worked across emergency, ICU, mental health, and palliative care, bringing a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to her practice, along with nearly four years of experience in aesthetic medicine.

She earned her RPN designation in 2018 and is currently completing her BScN at McMaster University, with her RN designation anticipated this year. Known for her compassionate care and natural approach, Emma delivers personalized treatments focused on subtle, confidence-enhancing results.

Kylee McCormack

Aesthetician & Skin Specialist

Kylee is a Skin Specialist and Medical Aesthetician with over five years of experience in the medical field, bringing advanced knowledge of medical-grade and cosmeceutical skincare to Infinite Medical Spa. She has treated hundreds of clients and is known for her results-driven approach and exceptional patient care.

Certified and experienced, Kylee specializes in medical-grade facials, chemical peels, body treatments, and advanced energy-based devices—including microneedling, RF microneedling, CO2/CoolPeel™ laser, Lumenis M22, and HydraFacial™. Known for her warm, supportive approach, she delivers customized treatments focused on long-term skin health and confidence.
